After a hike or a day in town, reset beneath the private outdoor shower, then soak under open sky in the outdoor soaking tub. As evening settles in, gather around the fire pit (seating for 6–8), prepare dinner on the BBQ, or retreat indoors to the warmth of the fireplace. Every space is designed to slow the pace and restore balance. (City-Compliant · Strictly Enforced) 1 - Minimum Age Requirement The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, be present for the duration of the stay, and provide valid government-issued photo ID. 2 - Occupancy & Use This home is for overnight accommodations only. No parties, events, gatherings, or commercial use of any kind are permitted. 3 - Noise & Music – City Ordinance Outdoor music, amplified sound, or audible noise is prohibited at all times (24/7) under the City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance. Quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is mandatory. 4 - Good Neighbor Policy Guests must comply with all City of Palm Springs short-term rental regulations, including noise, occupancy, and conduct standards. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund and city fines. 5 - Parking – City Regulated A maximum of 5 vehicles are permitted on the property. Street parking restrictions are strictly enforced by the City of Palm Springs. 6 - Smoking No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. 7 - Pets Up to 2 dogs maximum are permitted with a $200 per dog non-refundable fee. Dogs must not disturb neighbors. 8 - Pool & Safety The pool is not heated unless arranged in advance for an additional fee.
