The Bassara Cabins: The "Romagnola"

The "Romagnola" Cabin is one of two Bassara Cabins: a typical marsh hideaway, thatched with marsh reeds, with great outdoor green space, queen size bed, bathroom with shower and kitchen with fireplace. Open all year, it is located close to the Valleys of Argenta (FE), 6th Station of the Po Delta Park, at about 40Km from Ferrara, Ravenna and Bologna. Ideal for a romantic or family vacation surrounded by nature, enjoying all the comforts of a real apartment. You can also rent both the cabins. The space Both Bassara Cabins are located on a small farm bearing the same name, that covers a total area of 55 hectares. They are built like typical marsh hideaways, thatched with marsh reeds. For centuries, our farm produced and sold various kinds of marsh weeds, such as common reed, carex and broadleaf cattail. Following this tradition, our agribusiness has recently started harvesting marsh weeds again to provide raw material for restoration, maintenance and construction of traditional common reed cabins, from scratch. Guest access You can access a wide, well-lit, external park with tables and barbecue facilities. Other things to note To welcome you in the best way possible, we offer a bottle of wine to all of our guests. Furthermore, breakfast includes tea, coffee from an espresso machine (moka), milk, butter, rusks, jam, local honey, and seasonal fruit from our farm. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, gas stove and includes pans, dishes, drinking glasses, cups and cutlery. If need be, two additional single beds can be placed on the false ceiling.
