Private waterside apartment & parking

15 minutes away (by public transport) from downtown Amsterdam, in a quiet neighborhood with lovely courtyards and close to the water is our small studio of 25 m2 with private entrance, private sanitary facilities, cheap private parking (NOT in January, February, March) & the possibility to rent bicycles! The studio is located next to the host's house. Please note, there is no kitchen (coffee and tea can be made). Fantastic combination of peace and urban dynamics. The space The studio on the Javakade is comfortable, on the ground floor and has a nice vibe. In addition, it has its own private entrance and private bathroom. There is a small fridge and the possibility to make tea and coffee (no kitchen!!!). The studio opens into the backyard of the host which gives access to a beautiful and large courtyard garden which offers an oasis of peace. The location close to the water and the passing boats contribute to the vacation feeling, and you can swim when there's nice weather on the city beach Bogor (bring your swimwear!). The neighborhood is known for its special (modern) architecture. There is a covered parking space for rent which is an advantage as parking in Amsterdam is difficult and expensive (5.00 per hour on Java Island). For your information, the bathroom has a Sani Brouilleur, which makes noise when using the shower, sink and toilet. This sound can be heard in the rest of the apartment. Guest access Guests have their own entrance and have a private bathroom, private living area and private bedroom. The studio is located next to the host's house. Other things to note The toilet is made from the Sani Broyeur system and makes quite a bit of noise. It is important to take this into consideration when booking.
