2 Bed City Centre Flat just below Stirling Castle

Charming bright and simple 2 bedroom flat over 2 levels, minutes from Stirling Castle with great views of the Castle and The Wallace Monument Our flat has 2 generously sized double bedrooms, one being a loft conversion. Each room has a double bed and the sitting room has an additional sofa bed. Free WiFi is offered and fully fitted kitchen with all the cooking amenities provided. The flat is ideal for 2 couples or for small families. P.S. Bathroom is small. Parking is free but very busy. The space Our flat is on first floor (top) and overlooks Stirling Castle from one side and the Wallace Monument can be seen from the rear. It's ideally located just below the Castle and a 10 minute walk to the town centre. There is free on street parking without any restrictions but it can be quite busy, especially during summer. So if you're arriving by car be ready for this. As this was recently our family home and our neighbours are dear to us we would appreciate you keeping noise to a minimum after 11:00 pm and to walk about without hard shoes. As this is a flat in a building with 3 other dwellings I cannot guarantee absolute silence but it's generally a quiet neighbourhood . Also our heating system is located in the downstairs bedroom so the sounds of a boiler going on and off will be heard there. Please no parties: No pets: No large gatherings: The flat, although not very modernised or large does offer two generously sized double bedrooms over two levels. Parents with toddlers may want to consider that as there is an internal staircase to the loft room. The bathroom is on the small side. There is an additional sofa bed in the sitting room although access to the loft room is through that sitting room thus any person using that sofa will not have privacy. The flat comes with free WiFi and the kitchen will be stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Guest access Entire flat is accessible including shared back garden and drying green. Not suitable for wheel chairs Other things to note There is free on Street parking on Barn Road but it does get quite busy in the summer months. Easier after 5:00 pm. Check in anytime after 3:00 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.
