Family House West Dorset coast garden view & BBQ

The Star Inn was an old pub many years ago so is full of character and has a large open plan lounge opening out to a large grassed back garden. We have a low river at the back full of trout , resident otters and a kingfisher. The village is stunning , surrounded by beautiful walks and vineyards, a local park with swings and woodland walks and an award winning pub 20 minutes walk. The Jurassic coast is 5 miles away , stunning beaches , coastal walks at West Bay Charmouth Eype and Lyme Regis. The space The Star Inn is set in a quiet and beautiful Dorset village with a great award winning pub 1 mile country lane walk away called the Hare and Hounds. It is a great large family house with flagstone floors and a cozy country style. We have a large king bedroom , a kids bunk room with full size single beds and a double room in the top of the house if required and requested. We have a front and back garden backing onto a low river with otters , Kingfishers and trout. The river can get deeper further along so children must be supervised at all times. We have a dining area looking overlooking the River. (no pizza oven now) but we have a large BBQ. We have a patio with a lazy spa hot tub , full instructions left for you. It is a family home whilst we are away so it has everything you need including TV ,books , Dvd's , games which we hope you will enjoy. Please note we have only one large family bathroom with standalone bath with great brass shower attachment . We have a large kitchen with dining table with electric range cooker and everything you might need! Young children must take care as we do have stairs without stair gates and the low river at the back so parents must be aware of this. Our house does come with a resident very loving cat called Dipstick who is very independant but please feed him whilst you are there , the neighbours will also watch out for him! He loves cuddles !! This means NO PETS PLEASE. There are some fabulous seaside restaurants and pubs , great walks and Bridport has a fantastic market twice a week Saturday and Wednesday. We have vineyards in the village and there are tours available at Furleigh Estate , we also have Palmers Brewery, one of the oldest brewery's in the country, who do tours too. There is local Cider for sale 20 minutes walk away. Please note that one of the photos shows a trampoline which is no longer there , it has been replaced with a beautiful lawn! We do have a lazyspa hot tub but please ask you to follow the instructions carefully, cover again when not in use and be very careful with children. Please take very good care of this as any damage must be paid for . Guest access A really large lounge with a snug that opens out to a BBQ area. A large kitchen with electric range cooker and dining table for 6-8 Three bedrooms . One is a super king with two windows overlooking the front garden. one a bunk room which has full size single beds and lots of childrens books. The third bedroom is a really large loft room with a double bed . The house is on 3 floors . A garden that has stunning views over the river and meadow. Other things to note NO PETS PLEASE PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS THERE WILL BE A HOUSEKEEPER IN THE VILLAGE TO HAND CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED IN THE RIVER WE HAVE A CHARCOAL BBQ WITH UTENSILS One of the photos shows a trampoline which is no longer there and has been replaced with a lawn leading down to the river.
