On 5000 m2 of land with a private pool, a brand new, fully equipped 75 m2 house for 4 people. 2 quality King size beds, air conditioning, heating, Wifi, TV, fully equipped kitchen, terrace & BBQ. The property is situated on the outskirts of a small village in the heart of the Lot countryside. This peaceful haven is only 30 km from the most beautiful sites in the Lot and Dordogne ( 30km to Cahors, 35km to Sarlat....) The space On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen opens onto a sitting room with an HD TV. Outside a beautiful terrace awaits you, complete with a meal area & BBQ and deck chairs around the swimming-pool. On the 1st floor 2 superb bedrooms, each with air conditioning, King size beds, private shower rooms and separate toilets. Sheets, bath & pool towels are provided. Basic necessities are also provided (salt, pepper, toilet paper.. .) To enjoy your holiday to the full, and until the very last minute, we do charge a 150 € cleaning fee. This is obligatory.
