We welcome you to come and enjoy our slice of paradise. The self-contained cottage is located on our small rural lifestyle block in the heart of the Wakatipu Basin a short drive to Queenstown, Arrowtown, Airport. The cottage is nestled away in a private posy with a shared driveway and garden for you to enjoy. Modern 2-bedroomed, open-plan kitchen/dining/living /separate bathroom/toilet/large deck. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds. The space This lovely private cottage has a spacious open plan kitchen/ dining/ living area. The living area is very comfortable and relaxing with spectacular views of Coronet Peak, a Smart TV for you to enjoy. Unlimited Wifi is free of charge. The living and dining spaces connect to a great outdoor area through two french doors opening onto a large sunny deck with a BBQ for you to enjoy and soak up the rural environment. The full kitchen boasts- gas cooker/ oven/ fridge freezer/ dishwasher/ microwave/ Nespresso coffee machine/ toaster/ rice cooker. Bedroom (1) has a queen-size bed. Bedroom (2) has two single beds with the option of being a king-size bed. The sofa in the living area converts to a queen-size for additional sleeping options. All with electric blankets for your comfort on colder nights. Separate toilet and shower. Laundry with- tub/ washing machine/ clothes wrack. The cottage is cozy and warm heated by a heat pump in the main living area, there is also a portable oil heater in the main bedroom and a wall-mounted heater in bedroom 2. In the bathroom, there is a fan heater and a heated towel rail. Ample parking. There is a separate storage shed available for skis/ snowboards/ bikes or other outdoor equipment. The cottage area is 50 square meters plus a storage shed for excess sports equipment/ luggage. This lovely cottage is the ideal central location to explore the many outdoor facilities, including rivers, lakes, mountains, walking tracks, bike trails, world-class golf courses, wineries, ski fields, and many other adventure activities. You are bound to enjoy the ambiance this sunny quiet rural location has to offer in the heart of the alpine environment. Our place is ideal for romantic couples, families, solo's, and adventurers. We have for guests to use free of charge- -washing machine -travel cot -high chair -boogie boards, -gold pans and shovel, -snow sled for families in winter. -board games/ lego/ toys -storage area for ski/ snowboards/ bikes We have pet sheep, we supply sheep nuts that you can feed to the sheep. They are super friendly!
