The bed sizes are as follows: 1 King 1 Queen (downstairs bedroom) 1 Queen (pullout couch) 1 Queen (pullout couch downstairs) 1 Full (bottom bunk, weight limit 300 pounds) 1 Twin (top bunk, weight limit 170 pounds) 1 other Twin Main bedroom has a king size bed and the living room couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. Third floor bedroom has bunk beds and an additional single twin bed. Downstairs is another bedroom. The other downstairs bedroom (4th bedroom) is currently used as a second living room with a pullout couch, TV, and kitchenette. The kitchen and dining area has plenty of space to eat, work, use your laptop, or play board games (several board games are in the pantry closet). There are beach toys, chairs, and a wagon in the garage. Also the garage has a foosball and air hockey game. The living room has a massage chair. Please keep in mind we are pet friendly so your furry family member can be with you and although my cleaners do their best, it is impossible not to sometimes miss a bit of pet fur here and there. Guest access The beach is a short walk but there are numerous parking areas if you wish to drive. The driveway is big enough to fit 2-4 vehicles depending on their sizes.
