The house is light and airy with two patio doors to the front balcony, and a small upper floor balcony off the master bedroom. Property has recently been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The space The property is just seconds away from the stunning Shore road beach & harbour beach, where you can enjoy water sports & sailing. Restaurant’s such as Rick Stein’s & cafe’s are walking distance away. You have some views from the property of the National Trust Brownsea island and to Purbecks beyond. Ferries are available from the Sandbanks peninsular to enjoy a day out to the Island, which is also home to the Britain’s rare ‘Red Squirrel’. The Sandbanks chain Ferry is take you across the harbour mouth so you can explore Studland bay, Swanage and the Isle of Purbecks. You also have the option of a day to France or the Channel Island’s from Poole, travelling with Brittany ferries. Bournemouth airport is a 30 mins journey away. Taxi from airport is approximately £25. The closest train station is Parkstone, Poole. Guest access There is parking spaces for two vehicles and public parking is available close by. Please note parking in front of the garage is not permitted as access may be required. Other things to note If you love the beach this is the holiday house for you. Come and enjoy the world famous stunning blue flag beaches of sandbanks. Opposite the property is Poole harbour, the second biggest natural harbour in the world. The small beach opposite has water sports hire available such as paddle boards and kite surf and approximately 100 yards around the bay you can hire small motor boats. Fishing trips are available from Poole quay. As are a boat trips to wareham via wareham river. We have ‘Farmer Palmers’ and ‘Monkey world’ available for animal lovers to enjoy just a few miles away from Poole. The Bournemouth aquarium is another lovely local attraction available. From the end of Shore road you can walk for miles on the flat, beach side, esplanade as far as Hengistbury head, with views to the ‘Isle of white’. There is bicycle hire available just yards from the house. Cycling is permitted along the esplanade before 10am and after 6pm during the peak months. The Sandbanks chain ferry nearby connects you to the ‘Isle of Purbeck’ being the home of the iconic Durdle door, Lulworth cove & Corfe Castle. Plus the hidden gems in the Purbecks for walk lovers such as Chapmans pool, Warbarrow bay, Windspit and Seacombe coves, and dancing ledge. These areas are also very popular for climbers too.
