The Suite, Chichester, England,

The newly furnished suite is attached to our home but is completely self contained with own front door. Secure parking space, lounge, bedroom & family sized shower/bathroom. Bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach. The space Think a hotel suite in a home and that’s exactly what you are getting. We are situated East of Chichester just on the outskirts but walkable into the city centre (approx 10mins). The rooms have been newly furnished with all brand new and modern essentials you will need to enjoy your stay. There is no kitchen but a bedroom, a lounge & a large family sized bathroom. The suite sits at the ground level at the front and attached to my family home. I have included a tea tray area which includes a mini fridge, kettle with tea and coffee. There is a travel cot available on request. There is also a secure parking space on the driveway for you. Both rooms have smart TV's & free WIFI is available throughout your stay. Hygiene & cleanliness is so important therefore please be assured that all "hot spot" areas such as light switches, handles, keys & TV remote controls are part of our rigorous clean ready for your arrival. Guest access Guests have access to the suite which includes 1 bedroom, 1 lounge and 1 bathroom. No kitchen. There is parking for 1 car on the driveway. Other things to note Strictly no smoking in or on the property which applies to the driveway. This includes E cigarettes/vapes. If smoking/vaping is to be detected in/on the premises then there will be a £500 charge. Everything that is provided at the suite is to remain at/in the suite. The nightly price is for up to 2 occupants using the super-king or twin beds in the bedroom only. If 2 occupants require the sofa bed as a separate bedroom, then the extra charge will be added and classed as a 3rd person occupancy. Same if a 3rd and/or 4th person books, there is an additional charge of £20pp which is shown in the nightly price. Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm-8am.
