The space This 250m2 house is build of a very chic mix of dry stones, immaculate walls and corten (rusty metal) The serene indoor outdoor flow is in complete harmony with the environment with a quietly defined sense of style and sophistication. You will feel right at home entering the hallway, a soothing palette of blue and grey for the large living space with bay windows opening onto a large wooden terrace and overlooking the sea in the distance, from where you can access the garden with three small steps. The fully equipped open kitchen is modern designed with its central island and bay window on the garden side accessing a very pleasant terrace to the west with sea view, utility room, toilets and garage access. On the very same floor you will also find a corridor to a parental suite with Queen size bed, dressing room, a shower room, and its own private sea view terrace. On the first floor, the staircase leads to a relaxing open space with sofa and carpet. There are two large children's bedrooms, with single beds, another bedroom with a Queen size bed, all three bedrooms are connected by a dominant incredibly beautiful sea view terrace protected by a transparent safety railing. A fourth bedroom with window to the east and a Queen size bed. These four bedrooms share a large shower room and a separate toilet on the same floor. On the garden level, below the main floor and accessible by the garden only, two more double bedrooms each with its own shower room, large bay window to enjoy the garden and sea view at a distance. Guest access The surrounding Mediterranean landscape and proximity to the beach (10 mn walk from he house) makes this an ideal location for holidays exploration and adventure and a stylish base for the perfect hideaway to relax and enjoy the sublime natural beauty of this interesting South of France area.
