Situated on a private road in Hayle, is my spacious and modern 2 bedroom home. Whether you are searching for a quiet, relaxing holiday or looking to take in all the sights of Cornwall with the family or friends, my property is in the perfect location. Only a 15 minute walk away from 3 miles of golden sand, it is also a central location making it possible to take trips to well known towns in the surrounding area such as St Ives, Penzance, Newquay and the City of Truro. The space My home is suitable for up to 4 guests. It has 2 bedrooms with king size beds. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. It also has an American style fridge freezer with an ice dispenser and water filter, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, a breakfast bar with stalls and a dining table. You will be able to access Wifi at the property and there is a smart TV in the lounge & kitchen. The kitchen has patio doors leading out into the back garden which has a large grass area as well as patio and decking. Should you wish to use the washing machine then this is located in a separate room next to the kitchen. A nice feature of the property is the oak stairway and the glass balcony which looks over the front door as you approach the master bedroom and en-suite. Should you wish to relax there is a bath in the family bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms. Guests are advised not to park on the road however there is plenty of parking on the driveway as it holds up to 4 vehicles. Guests can make good use of the garden and table set.
