Welcome to our 80 m2 accommodation with a private terrace, independent, enclosed and secure, with secure parking and a view of the valley for a well-deserved rest and vacation. Great for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. The accommodation is located below our house. Our accommodation can accommodate 4 people and offers all the comforts you need for calm and serenity. The space The property consists of: A kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, hood, refrigerator with a small freezer, oven, and microwave. Dishwasher - filter coffee maker - Nescafé Gusto coffee maker - kettle - toaster - small appliances: 1 blender, 1 mixer, 1 electric grater. Dining area. Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a cabinet with a sink and toilet (located in the bathroom), a hair dryer, a washing machine. A large living room with an HD TV and sofa, Wi-Fi, Canal+ You have an ironing board + iron - 2 clothes drying racks as well as cleaning supplies and clothespins at your disposal A spacious bedroom: one queen-size bed a spacious windowless bedroom with two 90x190 cm trundle beds. A crib and a changing table for babies can be provided (request them when you book by email). Bed linen and terry towels are provided for your stay; please take care of them A ping pong table is available on request, as well as board games and books. Outdoors: Enjoy two furnished terraces, one in front of the accommodation that is safe for children, for dining al fresco or just relaxing in the sun. The following are at your disposal: electric plancha, deckchairs, garden furniture, umbrellas (take care of them, secure them well in the evening, in case of rain or thunderstorms). All cushions must be brought inside the unit You can also enjoy the terrace near our pool (shared with the owners), accessed via an external staircase. It is used under your full responsibility. Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or caregivers. You have floats and water games at your disposal, which you must put back in their original place. The umbrellas are our responsibility We do not want pets because we have a Golden Retriever dog who is very cool and calm with children and adults Guest access Our home is located in a quiet environment with views of the valley, 10 minutes from Cahors, 5 minutes from the northern exit of the A20 highway and the most beautiful tourist attractions in the region Discover in the lot: Cahors and its famous Pont Valentré (UNESCO World Heritage), the Henri Martin Museum.
