Welcome to our 80 m2 accommodation with private , independent , gated and secure terrace, secure parking with a view of the valley for a well-deserved rest and holiday. Great for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. The accommodation is located below our dwelling. Our home can accommodate 4 people and offers all the comforts you need for calm and serenity . The space The property consists of: A kitchen equipped with induction hob-hot-fridge with small microwave freezer- dishwasher- Gusto nescafé filter coffee maker - boiler- toaster- small appliances: 1 mixer, 1 beater, 1 electric grater. Dining area . Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a piece of furniture with a sink and toilet ( located in the bathroom ), a hair dryer, a washing machine. A great living room with HD TV sofa, Canal + wifi. You have at your disposal an ironing board + iron - 2 drying racks as well as the necessary cleaning and linen pin A spacious bedroom: a queen-size bed a spacious blind bedroom with two 90x190 pull-out beds. Possibility of a crib and a baby changing table (request it when you book by email. ) Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay, please take care of it A ping Pong table is available on request , board games ,books . Exteriors: Enjoy two terraces set up 1 in front of the children's home, for alfresco dining, or just relaxing in the sun. Are at your disposal: electric plancha- sunbeds, garden furniture, umbrellas (take care of them, attach them in the evening , in case of rain ,thunderstorm . All cousins must be inside the unit You can also enjoy the terrace near our pool (shared with the owners ) , access by an external staircase. It is used under your full responsibility. Children remain under the responsibility of their parents or caregivers . You have at your disposal buoys and water games that you must put back in their original place. Umbrellas are under our responsibility We do not want pets because we have a very cool and quiet golden retriever dog with children and adults Guest access Our accommodation is located in a quiet environment with a view of the valley, 10 minutes from Cahors, 5 minutes from the northern exit of the A20 motorway and the most beautiful tourist sites in the region To discover in the Lot: Cahors and its famous Pont Valentré (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Henri Martin Museum. Tour of the old quarters (miniature train) Figeac Champollion and Goudon Museum. Souillac and the Dordogne Valley Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the most beautiful village in France Rocamadour, the 2nd most visited site in France, a Sacred Medieval Town in Haut Quercy. Boat trips on the Lot (departing from the Pont de Valentré) Catus Lake is 10 minutes away, a leisure centre with pedal boats, canoes, paddleboards, water games, etc., picnic areas, a restaurant, a large free car park, toilets and a water point on site.
