Very large quiet house for holidays with family or friends Ideal place for children, huge enclosed land, wooded, with huts, climbing trees, ropes, swings and trapeze, slide, sandpit... Paradise! During the school year, this house houses the Terres d'Enfance associative school, and it is this same association that rents the place in summer during the holidays. Cleaning fee, to be paid on site, mandatory (€100). The space Large house on a 3000 m2 lot. For rent for families or groups of friends, 10 people ideally but up to 12 people if you add floor mattresses for children. The house is quiet, in a natural setting, 5 minutes walk from the swimming area in the Drôme, 1.5 km from the square of the cathedral of Die (the heart of the village), very easy to access by bike or on foot. There's even a nice path along the Drôme to go to the center. This house is a school and therefore every summer, it is rented to vacationers for 8 weeks, for 4 years. The layout varies every year because we equip it with furniture recovered and lent for the summer. On the ground floor, large bright living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom, toilet, 1 bedroom, a large cloakroom at the entrance. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, one with balcony + adjoining studio, communicating from the inside, with 2 sleeping areas, one on a large mezzanine, bathroom, toilet, kitchenette. The garden is all around the house. 2 covered terraces available very large parking space at the entrance to the house Please note, the water heater is 200 L, if there are many of you, you will have to organize yourselves and not take very long, very hot showers.
