Very nice house of 250 m2 with garden of 400 m2 in the heart of the pretty "royal" town of St Germain en Laye (Alsace district on the plateau). Authentic stone house at the end of the 19th century, we are located 20 min by RER from Paris and 15 min drive from Versailles. Ideal for gathering with family or friends close to Paris while having space and enjoying the fresh market 3x per week, local and artisanal shops nearby. Beautiful stone house, 20 min commuter train from Paris and 15 min car/Uber ride from Versailles. Ideal to gather as a family or with friends close enough to Paris but with wonderful space to be comfortable. Great local activities to enjoy in St Germain en Laye including a fresh farmer's market 3 times a week, local artisan and beautiful shops. Guest access The house is comprised of: - 1st floor (rez de chausser): a very large living area with 2 couches, 1 couch in front of a very nice stone fireplace and another one in the TV area, a dining area with a wooden table that easily holds 10 people and opened onto the kitchen that also has a small breakfast bar. Then great playroom for kids and 1st toilet. - 2nd floor: 1 kids bedroom with bunked beds, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 large closet room with shower bathroom where an inflatable mattress for 2 can easily be laid on the fluffy carpet, and 1 large barthroom with bathtub. - 3rd floor: 2 guest bedroom with queen beds, 1 bathroom with shower - Basement: equipped with Gym (treadmill, weights, press) and laundry area. Other things to note Baby crib and baby travel bed, high chair and changing table available Lit bébé, chaise haute et table a langer à disposition si besoin
