Guest access The house is comprised of: - 1st floor (rez de chausser): a very large living area with 2 couches, 1 couch in front of a very nice stone fireplace and another one in the TV area, a dining area with a wooden table that easily holds 10 people and opened onto the kitchen that also has a small breakfast bar. Then great playroom for kids and 1st toilet. - 2nd floor: 1 kids bedroom with bunked beds, 1 bedroom with king size bed, 1 large closet room with shower bathroom where an inflatable mattress for 2 can easily be laid on the fluffy carpet, and 1 large barthroom with bathtub. - 3rd floor: 2 guest bedroom with queen beds, 1 bathroom with shower - Basement: equipped with Gym (treadmill, weights, press) and laundry area.
