Situated over two floors this lovely apartment is a short distance from the Main Hall and estate's stable yard. Garden Flat is characterful, light and extremely comfortable. The space As you enter the apartment there is a large utility area and boot room in the entrance which is very handy for muddy boots and paws! You then walk into the open plan living room and kitchen complete with oak floor boards and Victorian radiator. The living area features a large comfy sofa in front of a wood burning stove, complete with TV and coffee table. Just off from this is the magnificent glass conservatory, it has a large dining table which can seat 8 people and from here you can relax and enjoy your own private garden. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one small single. At one end of the corridor is the family bathroom as well as a shower room with toilet downstairs. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore the estate, the beautiful arboretum and all it's Hidden Treasures including a restored Victorian Tin Chapel, a Gypsy Caravan, Yurts and many other quirky features! Guests are also welcome to fish on the pools in the arboretum, use the rowing boats or book horse riding lessons with the local stables.
