Located directly on the beautiful beachfront of the wonderful, old quarter of Sitges, with full, spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, this stylish, comfortable studio apartment is the perfect place to relax and feel at home. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night. The space TWO NIGHT OFFERS! 11 & 12 July 2024. And 30 & 31 July 2024 - 138 Euros per night + 30 Euros Cleaning. The informal elegance of this charming studio apartment makes our guests return year after year. Situated in the wonderful old quarter of the town, which is considered the most attractive and the most characteristic part of Sitges, where, in days gone by, artists and poets holidayed alongside the aristocracy of Barcelona. 1 x 36m2 one-bedroom fully equipped studio apartment for 2 persons or single traveller. We ask our guests to take into account the size of the space, which is cosy and informal. It is important to point out that the apartment was built in the 1960's and in agreement with official safety standards, the maximum weight permitted in the apartment is 180kg. For two people, the maximum weight would be 2 x 90kg. Your comprehension is much appreciated. The apartment is fully furnished with amazing full sea views, and consists of open plan living-dining area and bedroom area, kitchen with hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is air conditioning and heating, Wifi, fully equipped bathroom with shower, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, and a cosy balcony with terrace furniture, where it is a pleasure to take breakfast in front of the sea. There is a selection of restaurants and terraced bars in the same street below the apartment, and although the apartment is located in the old quarter, which is quieter than the rest of the town, we ask you to take this into account. {Please see the photograph of the street - the apartment has the rust coloured pull-down blinds to the left of the Pharmacy green cross sign} The centre of the town, where many other amenities can be found, is a pleasant 10 minute walk. Barcelona airport is 33km from Sitges and can be reached by airport bus, train or taxi. Included in the cost: 10% VAT Not included: The daily Government Tax of 2 Euros per person per night.
