Self contained accommodation for the sole use of 2 adults: includes bedroom, sitting room with smart TV & superfast WIFI & bathroom with bath/shower. Situated approx 2 miles from York city centre. On Park and ride bus route 2 minutes walk with frequent busses. This accommodation is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the historic city of York , those on business trips or visiting York's universities. Local facilities include, convenience store, cafe and pub all within easy walking distance. The space The guest accommodation has a separate access from the main bungalow. The suite includes a bedroom, separate bathroom with shower and lounge area. A kettle, toaster and small fridge are provided but there is no access to the house kitchen. Cereals and milk will be provided for breakfast and welcome cakes or scones will be provided on arrival. Guest access Parking is available on the large driveway at the front of the bungalow and if you prefer to leave your car behind there is a Park & Ride bus every 10 mins from the stop on Hull Road (200 metres away) or you can walk into York in 30-40 minutes. Other things to note The owner's will be there to welcome you to the property and to give you your key and will be happy to help if you need them - otherwise they will leave you to enjoy your stay.
