Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio. The space The house is located in a typical mediterranean village street full of plants and in a very familiar ambience. The accomodation has two levels comfortably integrated. On the ground level you will find a spacious hall where you will be able to leave your belongings when you arrive home. Just a few steps up you will find the gorgeous living-room, full of sunlight and breeze, where you can enjoy a typical Spanish nap after lunch or where you can take advantage of the table and chairs to work with your laptop if you need to. Next to the living-room you have the cossy and fully-equiped kitchen. In the kitchen you can perfectly prepare your breakfast (lunch or dinner) or your snacks for the beach. From the kitchen you can see the lovely patio and also you have access to a little terrace, from which you can descend to the patio. At the end of the terrace you can find a little and handy toilet. From the entrance stairs, you can acceed to the second floor. There, we find three double bedrooms, two of them have views to the street where you can see local people passing by and the other one has views to the patio. On this same floor you can also find a fully-equiped bathroom where you will have the washing machine. Finally, at the end of the main corridor, there is a big window that provides light and breeze to the whole floor. Guest access The house will be entirely at your disposal.
