Country house retreat (pool closed from 1st Oct to 30th April) in a conservation village in Lincolnshire with an award winning pub, close to A1, easy access from Grantham to London , fast train takes 1 hour. Originally the coach house, upstairs this part of the house consists of 3 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower & bath. Downstairs a wonderful kitchen with modern aga, Miele Oven & hob, large country table seating 8 people , French doors opening onto expansive patio with tables, chairs & sofas. The space The living room has two large sofas, an internet tv and beautiful woodburner. Outside there is a new shower ideal for cooling down in the sunshine or getting mud off your boots after a winter walk. Guest access Guests have full access to the grounds and patio areas as well as private use of 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, boot room and outdoor swimming pool. Other things to note While the outdoor pool is not heated unless we have agreed to do this with you at an additional cost of £200 per week
