Across the road from Lloyds Register, and on main road next to city bus services. :) The space You will stay in our ground floor studio, which has its own entrance, a great private bathroom with shower and double room with kitchenette. The double room has simple breakfast and light supper making facilities with a kettle, toaster, microwave, larder fridge and sink. There is no oven or hob. This is for 1 or 2 people maximum who want to be free to come and go as they please. The dimensions of the bathroom are 1.52m x 1.74m. The entrance is 1.8m x 0.96m and the double bedroom is 3m x 4m. We are over the road from Lloyds Register, 10 mins walk from the heart of Southampton University's Highfield campus. There are great transport connections -- including to the cruise terminal -- and good local amenities. If you're going on a cruise, do stay with us -- we can arrange parking and transport. Guest access The main room has a double bed, clothes hanging space, gateleg table and foldaway chairs, bedside cabinet, vanity mirror, lamp, TV, smart TV box, freeview, DVD, Wifi, larder fridge, hairdryer, sink set into a counter, iron and ironing board. For breakfast/supper preparation there is a kettle, toaster, microwave/oven, the larder fridge, crockery, cutlery and tea towels together with supplies of tea and coffee. The new private bathroom is off the entrance hall and has a shower, toilet, heated towel rail and vanity unit with mirrors. You can have access to laundry facilities for a small fee.
