Large country house with a large and beautiful swimming pool located on a gentle hill just out of the center of San Gemini (one of the most beautiful Italian small town). Rental cost includes bed linen and pool cleaning. The house is rented for 8 or 10 people, but if you are a smaller group please tell us and we try to arrange a better price. The space Fitted kitchen, air conditioned bedrooms, brand new bathrooms with big showers, a games room and even high-speed internet. Plenty of the original character remains, along with traditionally Tuscan features such as a loggia for dining alfresco. A lawn dotted with olive trees wraps around the house and leads to a swimming pool (open usually from May to the end of September) with a large shallow area for children and plenty of loungers for sunbathing. Guest access 5 large bedrooms, all with air conditioner, 4 bathrooms. Pool, tennis table, foosball and a little gym available for guests, swing and many games for children.
