Our self contained studio is a second dwelling opposite the main family home with the pool between the 2 buildings.2 bedrooms,living room,kitchenette and bathroom. Modern and tasteful,with delicious continental breakfast supplies provided.15 mins from Wollongong and Shellharbour.Enjoy the crystal clear pool,BBQ,undercover outdoor area and peaceful quiet setting.A great spot to explore the exquisite South Coast from.You can park vehicles safely in off street parking. The space 2 bedrooms + living room with 2 couches + dining table. Sofa bed is a high quality double bed. Kitchenette- 2 gas burner stove, fridge, microwave, coffee plunger. Kettle, toaster, utensils, crockery, tea towels, cleaning products. BBQ & utensils kept around the back of the studio (Can be rolled around to grass area for use). 2 wardrobes Continuous gas hot water. One towel is provided per guest. Hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap provided. Breakfast supplies to make your own breakie- cereal, fruit, toast, eggs tea and coffee. Olive oil, butter, juice, tomato sauce. TV & DVD & movie selection. Split system air conditioner/heater. Smoke alarm. Fire blanket under kitchen sink. Iron & ironing board. Small first aid kit - bathroom Smoking outside only.Inside is absolutely smoke free. Pool - byo pool towels. Washing line, washing machine & clothes dryer available on request. Fold out washing line available. Books & a few board games. Guest access You have access by following the path around the right hand side of the main house and follow to studio at back of property. Key locked studio. Large off street parking. On arrival drive down the battle - axe drive and park. Other things to note If it has been raining please leave muddy shoes outside & make sure to close all windows in the studio as the rain can come in windows and damage furniture.
