Alp Es-Cha Dadour

After a leisurely hike from Madulain or Zuoz, you will reach Alp Es-Cha Dadour, an oasis in the middle of a fantastic high mountain landscape with impressive views. The rooms are designed in the silence of Alpine life. It is a farmed Alp with an adjoining cheese dairy and a guest house. You can watch it milking and cheesing. Hikes are possible and beautiful from here throughout the area. The space Breakfast is offered. There is no parking at the Alp and the access is also not possible. It can only be reached by hiking from the village of Madulain/Zuoz or Albula Pass. During your stay I work as a cheesemaker on the Alp and am there daily until at least 16:00. Other things to note A proverbial "hot-pot" is available at one of our alpine huts. For a surcharge of 20 CHF we heat up the "hot-pot".
