The hallway has a storage where you can stove your suitcases. The guest toilet is also found here and opposite you have Bedroom 1 with a king size bed, air-conditioner, wardrobe and a private bathroom with a shower cabin and a bath tub, sink and toilet. Sliding door towards the patio. The living room, kitchen and dining is combined in an open plan. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, various kitchen utensils and dining table. Living room is installed with a Smart-Tv, sofa unit with a coffee table. A corner of the room has an armchair for relaxing and reading. Sliding doors to the balcony facing west and the sunset. Bedroom 2 contains a king size bed, mirror, wardrobe and air-conditioner. Private en suite bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower. Other things to note Before arrival: The address for your arrival card is Lanta Loft Apartment 3A 568/2 Moo 2, Saladan Koh Lanta, Krabi 811 50 Transfer service: It is convenient to go with our air conditioned minivan with a driver that takes you directly to the villa. If you are travelling with children, please let us know the age so we can prepare baby seat for 1-3 yeas old and seat cushions for 4-8 years. We usually recommend up to 8 persons in the van with normal amount of luggage for a comfortable ride. Price example 2900 THB from Krabi airport one way. No waiting hours, we check you in upon arrival at the unit when you book transfer with us! Please note we don't have street addresses on Koh Lanta so if you take an expensive transfer at the airport counter you will probably end up with a driver that doesn't know where to drop you off. After 16 years of experience we still recommend our own drivers that know where you are going! Arrival day: Upon check-in and handing over the key, we read the meters for electric and water. Since this unit is not a resort nor a hotel but categorized as a self catered, privately owned apartment the electric and water is charged as a separate utility where each guest pay for what they use. Estimated cost for normal use for this specific unit is less than 1500 THB/week and we collect that amount as cash upon check-in. We read the meters at check-out and the majority of our guests are usually getting a refund. There is a welcome sign with important phone numbers and the WiFi log in. We show you the unit with everything you need to know, where to throw you garbage and what’s towels you use indoor and if there are towels you can use at the pool or beach. Second visit: We make a second visit, usually the day after, to check everything is running smooth and if there are anything you want to have more details about. We point out where you can rent motorbikes etc. We also agree on checkout time and co-ordinate that with transfer departure so there is a margin to go through the unit as a part of the check out routine, read electric and water meters and balance the cost towards the deposit made at check-in. On departure day: You prepare the laundry in the laundry bag and put it at entrance door. One set of bed linen and one towel per person is included in the cleaning fee charged. We also ask you to make up the dishes and empty the garbage before leaving.
