Light cooking only. No deep frying of any kind. Light breakfast(sausage, ham), soup and pasta are allowed. NO FRYING OR GRILLING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. If the unit smells of cooking odors upon your departure, we will keep the P 2000 as extra cleaning charges. After using the kitchen, please wash all the dishes and kitchenware. Throw your garbage in the garbage chute ( near 1619 ). A garbage chute is provided for every floor. PS4 : Please handle the game disks and PS4 machine carefully. Any damage( such as scratches or loss ) to disks or the machine will be charged to your account Remember the disks are very costly, (around P2500+ each) ACCOMMODATION for BIG FAMILIES or GROUPS The Nordi Grande joins two other larger units of 33.4 square meters each, the Nordic Soleil. These larger units can each accommodate 7 people for a total of 21 persons. They are designed to handle bigger groups who come to Tagaytay for weddings, pre-nuptials and other special occasions. Three smaller units of 25.5 square meters each (Nordic Pearl, Nordic Jewel, and Nordic Gem) can accommodate a total of up to 13 more people. Each unit has a unique character of its own, but all offer the same comforts and conveniences to our deserving guests. Some guests choose a combination of units to accommodate larger groups. Security Deposit : There is NO need for a security deposit of P5000 at check-in. AirBnB holds it as a reserve just in case the unit is damaged. In this unlikely case, we have the right to claim a security deposit from AirBnB. LOCATION Our brand new condo is located in the CITYLAND Tower which offers a full-service cafe, SE Asian restaurant, 7-11 convenience store, a bank, a travel agency and a hair salon. Just across the street is a new McDonald's. The Cityland complex is just steps away from the epicenter of Tagaytay: the Olivarez commercial center, Ayala Mall (Serin), and the soon-to-open FORA Mall. The Metro Hyper-market in the Fora Mall and more restaurants are also a few minutes walk. We will provide a list of these places for you in the condo. If you do use the kitchen, please limit your cooking to reheat pre-cooked food or stewing , boiling or pasta. -Frying and Grilling any food ( fish, chicken, pork ,steaks, bacon, sausage, hotdogs , fried rice ) is strictly prohibited. The smell can linger in the room for days and will necessitate special cleaning. Special cleaning may cost you up to P2000 for not respecting this requirement which will be charged against your airbnb security deposit. We always want our rooms to be fresh smelling for you and the next guests. Do not leave any valuables. We are not liable for any loss. There is no need for security deposit. Cooking fish and other smelly dishes is strictly prohibited 2. Limit your cooking to stewing or boiling dishes 3. Open the windows when cooking 4. Clean kitchen thoroughly after every cooking. Wipe kitchen walls of oil splatters. 5. Wash dishes after use. Help us keep our unit clean and fresh.
