Casa Mimosa with small garden in the center

Independent house consisting of 6 rooms divided into 3 levels. There are 5 beds in total divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a jacuzzi shower). The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (microwave included). The heating is self-contained and there is air conditioning. There is a small private garden fenced with bbq. The space The Mimosa house is brand new and has fine finishes. There is a small private garden with BBQ and sun loungers. Private unattended parking is about 150 meters from the house. It is located on the other side of the road and is recognizable because there are vineyard plants and the sign that says "Azienda Durin". It is bounded by the chain of which guests have the keys. The access road is quite narrow, so access is only recommended for small and medium-sized cars. For large cars there are free parking lots in the area. Highlights of the house: fine finishes, air conditioning, hydromassage shower, private garden, visit to the cellar with tasting, central location. Disadvantages: stairs, parking only for small cars, front door that overlooks the street. Guest access You can visit the winery and taste the wines of our production. Other things to note For check-in, we are waiting for you at the DURIN winery (Via Roma 202 and exactly in front of the Mimosa house). The garden is fenced for house-use only
