The space Tripleview Residences Address: Tripleview Residences is situated at Black 17 Lot 5 Camella Homes, along the national highway in Tagum City. The residence is located inside the subdivision village, just a few minutes' drive by car or motorcycle from Robinsons Mall and the supermarket. Tripleview Residences is a Condotel type with two-bedroom units, each featuring two queen-sized beds and two bathrooms. The total area is 65 square meters with a Tropical Style Interior Design. My unit comes fully furnished with complete utensils for cooking. The house has two floors: * The first floor includes a two-bedroom unit with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. It is equipped with three air-conditioning units, a 55-inch TV with YouTube, and a tropical interior design with garden views. * The second floor also features a two-bedroom unit with a living room, kitchen, dining area, and two bathrooms. It has three air-conditioning units, a 55-inch TV with YouTube, and a different tropical interior design with a balcony view. Pet-Friendly: We welcome pets (2 allowed, small size). * Guests can use the displayed plates, glasses, or wine glasses. * Access to the outside grill is available—just ask for assistance. * Shampoo, dishwashing soap, tissues, and towels are provided. * Free cleaning service every 2 days. * Extra towels and tissues are available for long stays. * Parties are allowed but limited in terms of the number of people (broken or damaged items will be charged). * A caretaker is available for assistance.
