Only 6 km from the sea, in the plain of Rizzanese, our property will offer you a panoramic view of Sartène and the Aiguilles de Bavella. The Gulf of Valinco with its paradisiacal beaches as well as the richness of its landscapes make our region an ideal destination for your holidays. The space L'Alivi is a duplex partly on the garden level with a private outdoor space and a reserved parking space just in front . Covering an area of 50m2,It is part of a granite building, which is the stone of the region ,and housing several homes. The outdoor area is equipped with a relaxation area with garden furniture and umbrella or shade sail and dining area with table and chairs as well as a barbecue. It is ideally intended to accommodate 6 people. It has WiFi access and air conditioning ATTENTION: Air conditioning short of installation, it will be functional from mid June) Upstairs it is composed of 2 bedrooms:1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140) and 1 bedroom for 4 people (1 bed 140 for 2 people and 2 90 beds for 1 person) and a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). On the ground floor, it has a living room with open kitchen, dining area and seating area with a BZ sofa that can possibly be used as a bed for 2 people. The kitchen area is equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. You will also find small appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster) as well as everything you need to cook (dishes, pots, etc.). Alivi also has a dishwasher and washing machine. In the bathroom you will find sink, shower and toilet. The outdoor area is private and furnished with dining area with garden table and chairs, barbecue and relaxation area with garden furniture and umbrella. 2 parking spaces are reserved in front of the unit. Other things to note 1- Linen (sheets and towels) is provided for your entire stay.(no replacement or laundry during the stay) Possibility of renting additional linens as an option . 2- We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore the end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. A cleaning deposit will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure if the accommodation is cleaned. Stay up to 14 days: cleaning deposit €100 Stays longer than 14 days: cleaning deposit €120 This must be paid on arrival in French Bank Check or cash. We don't take bank cards - Possibility to take an "End of stay cleaning" option: To be requested and paid on arrival. Pricing aligned with the cleaning deposit (if the guest takes the cleaning option, they will not be asked to pay the security deposit) 3- The installation in the outdoor areas of tents, pools or paddling pools, regardless of size or capacity, is prohibited. 4-- The charging of electric vehicles on the electrical installation of the property is prohibited.
