Cosy cottage in a rural Yorkshire location, ideal for a couples weekend getaway or a special peaceful birthday celebration. Please note, QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AND THIS WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED, 3 ppl max. Hot tub is installed to the rear. Hot tub must not be used from the hours 10pm - 7am & no outside noise. Free WIFI. Mirfield town is 10 mins walk away. Please note fire is for display purposes only. House for 2 people, for single bedroom there is an extra charge of £15. The space On entrance to the property you'll find an open plan living space with French doors from the kitchen space, allowing direct access to the back terrace. Below ground opening allows room for a social gathering, or an extra room to store luggage. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one double and one single room. The bathroom is also on the first floor, and benefits a high pressure shower, towels, clinical facilities will be available at the property. Also sitting out area at the front of the property, this area catches the early morning sunrise, and is a great place to sip a morning coffee Guest access PARKING : for 1 small vehicle to the rear of the property, otherwise please ensure you park close up against the farm gate, on the roadside, to block the driveway. Brochures for the local farm shops, restaurants, bars & home deliveries will be available at the property. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE : By using the facility of the hot tub, you are accepting the following: HOT TUB MUST NOT BE USED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00PM - 07:00AM. Sound detection (Minut Device) is installed at the property, please note this does not record and can only measure volume. Ring Door Bell installed near the seating area, camera is not facing any area of the hot tub & this is only used for me to communicate with you should your phones be off. You must not wear any products on your skin such as fake tan, makeup, suncream. Please ensure you wash before use. T&C’s are in the manual at the property, we will take no responsibility for any skin allergies caused. Robes to be left at the property after use, otherwise £50 replacement fee.
