We offer a fantastic, newly refurbished, three-bedroom apartment in the heart of Menaggio-with all the amenities to make your stay more comfortable. For guests who would like to rent a boat, the flat comes with a private mooring space at the condominium pier. You will be able to relax in the building's shared garden overlooking Lake Como and nearby Bellagio, explore the lively town of Menaggio, see the area from a boat or head further to see the fishermen village of Varenna-just to name a few. The space The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout. It is very spacious and offers a lot of storage. The kitchen is well equipped and furnished with a big table and chairs when you feel like staying in. The common garden is situated just on a lake and we provide sunbeds for you to use when you want to enjoy the breathtaking views from the pier. Guest access You get to use the whole apartment and its equipment, the communal garden and boat parking. Other things to note Please note that Italian law requires guests to pay a Tourist Tax of 1 EUR per day per person for the first 10 days of stay. Guests below 14 years old are exempt. The tax is not included in the rental rates and should be settled in cash upon arrival.
