BELVEDERE 4 P APARTMENT, OASIS NEAR THE SEA

The Belvedere Apartment is located within a large estate of 20 hectares, close to the sea, where there are large paddocks (fenced spaces), in which we breed trotter horses. The Belvedere Apartment, built with the peculiarity of the ancient and wonderful star vaults, is located behind the main house, completely autonomous, independent, there is a large veranda outside, with large tents, and a barbecue. The space The space is really very large, especially in the evening, breezy and quiet, away from the noise of the summer in August. From the Belvedere Apartment, you can reach all those famous beaches in a few minutes, such as Punta Prosciutto, beautiful for the integrity of the dunes with the Mediterranean maquis, and the famous seven shades of emerald green of the waters of the unparalleled sea. There are also beautiful trips to get to know Otranto and Gallipoli, S. Maria al Bagno and S. Maria di Leuca, also known as 'De finibus terrae'; also Alberobello, or the Ostuni Adventure Park are interesting diversions, or Grottaglie famous for its ancient, and still functioning, workshops of beautiful ceramics. And finally, there are the food and wine destinations, the trattorias where you can cook the fish purchased at the fish market in front, such as in Torre Colimena or Porto Cesareo; the expertly renovated Masserie where you can find real psychological/physical refreshment after a day spent at the sea; and the various festivals that take place every day in a different village, the festival of frisa, pepper, frisella, sausage, fried fish... Guest access Guests can safely move around the entire property, as they please. Other things to note The nearest beach, the one that goes from Torre Castiglione to Punta Grossa, and then starts again and reaches Punta Prosciutto, is wonderful, with dunes and Mediterranean vegetation, and a crystal clear and pristine sea. Nearby there is an equestrian center, you can take walks in the backdunes; the wonderful and mighty Torre Lapillo, home to the CEA, Environmental Education Center, is home to visits and events, including evenings dedicated to astronomical observation. Nearby there is the opportunity to buy dairy products in one of the best local companies; 1.5 km away there is Torre Lapillo, the nearest village, equipped with numerous supermarkets, bakeries, places to dine a few steps from the view made wonderful by the sea and the horizon from which you can see a good part of the Ionian coast
