Wisteria Garden

The pet friendly self contained unit is a detached annexe, internal dimensions are 6m x 4m with an open plan living area. Set amidst beautifully Japanese gardens, it has modern amenities having been completed in May 2022. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West, 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive. The space The property has independent access via the driveway gates leading to an area of artificial turf and seating area outside the guesthouse. The garden area is completely fenced around for your safety and security. I do not store perishable foods, however there is a wide range of complimentary teas, coffee, biscuits, crisps, porridge sachets, pasta bakes etc. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the driveway and garden areas. Other things to note Fire extinguisher and fire blanket attached to the kitchen unit. If the sofa bed is to be used, there is a topper mattress underneath the memory foam mattress on the main bed. Spare bedding will be stored under the bed in the drawers. In winter months it would be appreciated if the heating was turned off whilst guests are absent from the guesthouse.
