The apartment has a sunny oriented balcony; all lights are dimmable to maximize living comfort during the different hours of the day. Guest Card incl. Free outside parking! The space The apartment complex is located across the center of Laax Dorf; a pleasantly rustic village, with quiet suburbs set around lake Laax/Gronda. The lake shore - with a children and beginner free of charge ski lift - is only a 5 minutes walk away from the property; next to it there is also an ice skating ring. In summer the lake is swimmable and the entry to the local infrastructure is free of charge because of the guest card. Close to the property, there are many conveniently located high quality restaurants, ATMs, a tourist information office and a supermarket which is open also on Sundays. A walk on the 850 meters long shores of the lake is a must do. The guest card which will allow you to have free day busses transportation in the entire resort including the famous Lake Caumer (entrance fee for you will be CHF 5 instead of CHF 15). Guest access In the same building complex there are two Saunas with showers that can be reserved and used privately for CHF 5 the hour. A pool, a small gym, and a playing room can be used by all residents. Free private parking available outside the building. Pool area is closed for maintenance between 12/04 (12th of April) and 22/05 (25th of May); additionally, between 01/11 (November 1st) and 23/12 ( December 23rd) . Every year. The private saunas are always open! Other things to note You will be given a personal guest card for the region Flims, Laax and Falera; it offers certain benefits such as reduced admissions during summer to the Lake Cauma and lake Laax, the sports center or the 27-hole golf course at Domat / Ems, for guided hikes, various events, free local bus and discounts in various restaurants and shops. You have the option to rent also sauna towel and/or bathtup at the property.
