Welcome to our home away from home. The map states its on Laguna beach which is on Thomas drive towards the state park in Panama City(misleading) Our Newly remolded oasis is nothing short of amazing. We just finished painting and remodeling the condo. Whether you are looking for a weekend get away(for the winter or fall) or for a long vacation in the summer this perfect spot is just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Located on the 4th floor Our unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen with full sized appliances and anything you could imagine that one may use in the kitchen,coffee pot, keurig, crock pot ,pots and pans, plates, cups, bowls,blender, mixer baking pans and more. The dining area has a table with four chairs and three bar stools at the bar. The living room has all new furniture a flat screen TV with a DVD player and newly installed ROKU systems on the TV'S, movies for you to watch, games for all aged children to play, free WiFi, the balcony is accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, smart TV, DVD player and access to the balcony. The second bedroom had two full sized beds, flat screen TV and full sized pac man game. A stackable washer and dryer are located next to the bathroom. The unit is located on the 4th floor, where the beach and both pools can be perfectly seen. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included with you rental From March 1 through October 31. Regency has 24 hour security and is in a gated community. Regency towers also offers , tiki bar that serves food and drinks, work out rooms, game room, grills for cooking. The BEST Tiki Bar "Bikini Bobs" on the beach (March-Oct) offering Great Food, Drink Specials, Reasonable Prices, etc- It's Awesome! Regency Towers offers special events for owners and guest (June-Aug) such as Movie Night, Karaoke, Water Slides, Bon Fire on Beach, etc. You will never want to leave the property! Regency Towers charges a one time $50 parking fee that MUST be paid by the guest at check in. There is a one time administration fee of 59.00 that is to be paid, however we do not charge a security deposit. There are NO HIDDEN FEES such as amenities, Wi-Fi access etc. We look forward to having you stay in our condo on your next vacation. Our unit does not allow pets or smoking. If there are signs of smoking your deposit will not be returned. If you need anything please feel free to reach out to me at any time. A code and a list of instructions will be emailed to you the day before you enter the unit or after your payment is received in full.
