Love & Peace Moonlight Under the Rooftop Room

Love and Peace is an ordinary residential home :-) It is a rooftop room located in a quiet residential area. It is a space where you can enjoy a quiet rest in a warm and tidy space. There is a terrace space where you can relax while looking at the sky. (We do not operate barbecue during winter.) ♥ MONDAY EARLY CHECK-IN Love and Peace does not accept reservations every Sunday. (Consecutive stays from Saturday are available, so please contact us separately!) Usual check-in time is 3pm, but Early check-in is available from 12pm for those who visit on Monday. Regardless of the check-in message on the same day, you can visit after 12pm. :-) The space The host lives on the first floor. If you enter the common gate and go up the stairs, there is an independent entrance, so guests can freely enter and use the entire house and terrace on the second floor. (No visitors other than the reserved number of guests) Parking is available for 2 cars in front of the gate. There is a small mountain in the neighborhood near the house, so you can take a light walk. Yongun International Swimming Pool and Yongun Library are within a 5-minute walk. It is an 8-minute drive from Soje-dong, where there are many pretty cafes and restaurants, and Dong Square in Daejeon Station. If you drive a big road that is good for driving for 10 minutes, you can see the wonderful lake scenery as Daecheongho Obakri-gil begins. Guest access • Bedroom: There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a small bedroom with a single bed, so usually up to 3 adults can stay. ● For 2-person reservations, only the large bedroom queen bed is set by default. Please tell us in advance if you want to use even a small bedroom. (Additional charge of 10,000 KRW, extra bedding of 10,000 KRW) • Must read when booking for 4 people! If there are a lot of people, there are occasional problems with noise and organization. If you care about that part, 4 people are possible, but it is a small space, so you may have a little inconvenience. Bedding settings are provided as queen bed + single bed + extra bedding. • Living room and kitchen: There is a large table, and although the kitchen space is small, there are various dishes available to prepare a meal. • Terrace: This is a space where you can sit in an open space and enjoy tea, light meals, and barbecues. If you want to use the barbecue grill, please contact us and deposit by the day before check-in. (15000 KRW/Not available during the winter season.) • Parking: You can park 2 cars in front of the gate. Other things to note This is a home, not a pension, and a space that the host cherishes. :-) Please book only if you will use it cleanly. If you make a loud noise, it will damage the neighbor's house, so please be careful of the noise. If you damage the item, you may be charged for the damage, and if it is seriously dirty, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee (+1 night accommodation fee). Please refrain from using party supplies such as balloons and garlands as you will be charged if the wallpaper is torn. Please note that if you raise the boiler temperature setting higher than 30 degrees in winter, you may be charged an additional fee.
