"La Ferme de La Rouzannerie" is our family home with 2 guest rooms: a typical Percheron farmhouse, at the heart of a grain farm for 5 generations between Beauce and Perche, between Paris and the castles of the Loire. 5 mins from La Duchaylatière de JP Coffe, 10 mins from Châteaudun, Courtalain, Montigny-Le-Gannelon or Moresville, 20 mins from the Brou/Luigny toll, 25 mins from Combray by M.Proust The space Spacious room in a Percheron farmhouse with 2 beds for 2 people, 1 single bed and 1 cot, play area for children. Room served by a private landing, independent bathroom with bath (shower wall) and WC, bed linen and towels provided, hair dryer. Babies and children welcome: crib, changing mat, bath, deck chair, high chair available. Free access to a 60m² living room with lounge, television and dining area with kettle, fridge and microwave. Breakfast included.: fruit jams from our orchard, homemade cakes........ An additional bedroom is available for 2 people, with a private shower room. The bedrooms are located upstairs. Animals accepted, but only in the company of their master, do not leave them alone in the house. A supplement of 10€ per animal will be paid on site. Guest access Our house is a large longère with green shutters. Enter the farmyard on the gable end with beams, facing a pond. You will have on the floor, a room, to palliate, independent bathroom, and on the ground floor of a large living room, in the extension of our house with independent entrance. Outdoor courtyard with garden furniture, and large lawn area. During your stay I am discreet but I remain available for my travelers if necessary Pets are welcome, only in the presence of their owner. Please let us know of their presence. A supplement of 10€ per night will be payable locally. Other things to note Since January 1, 2019, a tourist tax has been implemented on our territory, i.e. 0.50 cts per night and per traveler over 18 years old.
