Light and airy stone villa with full width sliding doors to balconies and 180 degree views over the infinity pool to Boka Bay, Tivat, Mt Vrmac and iconic Mt Lovcen. Set at one end of a quiet village which lies at the entrance to the beautiful Lustica peninsula, it is a perfect destination whether you wish to relax by the fabulous pool or explore spectacular Montenegro. Plavi Horizonte, a wide sandy beach set in a sheltered bay backed by pine trees, is a five minute drive or 15 minute walk. The space The accommodation is arranged on two floors. Entrance hall, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, utility room and cloakroom on the ground floor, and the open plan living space on the first floor. There are full width sliding doors on three sides of the L shaped space, opening to balconies with views to Boka Bay, Tivat, Mt Vrmac and iconic Mt Lovcen. The dramatic black & white luxury kitchen has a dishwasher, fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. We are keen cooks and it is very well equipped with plentiful quantities of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. The decor has a boho chic feel and displays my collection of North African & Spanish pottery, hangings and baskets. Floors are tiled throughout. We use white cotton bedlinen and all towels and pool towels are provided. You will also find supplies of dishwasher tabs, washing powder, loo rolls etc. The garden is fully landscaped, with shaded outdoor dining area and large infinity pool with sun terraces on three sides, and mediterranean style planting. We are situated at the end of the village and all outdoor areas are very private. Guest access The whole property, including parking and the large infinity pool is for the sole use of our guests. Other things to note There is parking for two cars. Guests should note that the gravelled access track is quite narrow and small cars are advisable.
