The space The House has 3(three) floors. •On the top floor are The Master Bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed, 2 Bathrooms with individual shower and toilet both of them. •There is also a very large patio looking the wonderful garden with a thick linden tree creating excellent shade during summertime. •On the Ground Floor are; a fully equipped Kitchen and the Living room with a plasma TV. •The House is fully furnished and equipped with attached air fans on the ceiling of all bedrooms, all windows have mosquitoes nets. •This house has a common sidewalk passing through the garden with a separate apartment, with a family of 3 people,on top of the house which has its own entrance/door and will cause NO disturbance at all. Guest access •The house is just 100 meters walking from the beach through the road just in front of the house, which makes it ideal for families and in general for people who want to have easy access to the beach anytime during the day. •It has the advantage of offering privacy and as being near nightlife either by car or by walking. Also, you could walk from 5 to 15 minutes to beach bars,restaurants and the main local square with lots of shops,cafes, restaurants and bars. •Local super market/grocery shop is 10 minutes walking open till midnight daily. Main supermarket of the area is 15 minutes walking or less than 10 minutes driving, open daily till 21:00. •The outdoor facilities of the property contain a big private garden ideal for lounging and dining, overlooking the beautiful surrounding area of trees and nature. •The house itself can accommodate a total of 8 people, 4 visitors on the top floor with 1 Master bedroom and 1 bedroom with bunk bed. •Furthermore, on the top floor are the 2 Bathrooms with toilet and shower both of them. In the basement is 1 Master bedroom and 1 spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, which is ideal for two people. •On the ground floor there is a the living room with fireplace and the fully equipped and brand new kitchen and plasma TV. On the ground floor, the outdoor space is a private garden with grass,flowers and trees all around, which makes it ideal enjoying the meals on the big table and for children playing around.
