Claire’s little house in the village welcomes you for what can be a restful peaceful break or an active busy family holiday... the area has it all ;). The house is only rented to Family, Friends and Colleagues to ensure that it remains in good condition. It has been entirely renovated recently and is equipped with all basic amenities and furniture, but currently has no TV nor WiFi, sorry - a real break from technology. Please email us for more details ;) The space The entire house; three floors and a basement. Kitchen dinner room on the ground floor, wood burner and bathroom. This floor stays cool in the summer. Two bedrooms on first floor. One with a double bed. One with bunk-beds ( lits superposés) and wardrobes. Master bedroom with a double bed and with en-suite on top floor. Electric radiators in bedrooms and wood burner on the ground floor. The house only has one toilet in the bathroom. The overall surface is 70m2 so around 23m2 each floor. Guest access Access via front door to the entire house. Contact us to obtain keys Other things to note Winter Guests: You absolutely must bring wood to burn in the stove because it is cold! The evenings are very pleasant by the fire. Small 25 cm logs are ideal. The stove heats the whole house very well. Bathroom towels: Please bring your own towels. There are small hand towels available but no large bath towels Beds: Sheets, pillows and pillowcases, duvets and duvet covers are provided. The single beds are made with 'child' design duvet covers. Cleaning: Guests must do basic cleaning before leaving. In the bedrooms, remove the used linens/covers and place them at the end of the bed in a ball. Sweep the floor. Turn off the radiators if necessary. On the ground floor, empty the trash, sweep the floor and clean all surfaces. Put the dishes on the shelves or put the dishwasher on when you leave. The fridge must be emptied but remain closed. The black carpet should be shaken and left on the floor. Small towels that are dirty, as well as dirty tea towels can be put in the laundry bin under the sink in the bathroom on the ground floor. Bathrooms: wipe the sinks and faucets, clean the toilets and sweep the floor. The washing machine is available. Please use only the short 30' program, it is perfect. Do not leave wet or damp dirty laundry in the washing machine when leaving. The machine must be empty and remain open. Thank you for your understanding.
