Caasa Tranquilla Somatane by Tranquil Stays is a serene farmstay set amidst 30 acres of lush greenery, just 40 mins from Pune and 1.5 hrs from Panvel. A 10-minute walk leads to the tranquil River Pawana, offering crisp air and peaceful surroundings. The evenings are magical, with soft lights and rustling leaves creating a mesmerizing ambiance—perfect for relaxing, unwinding, and reconnecting with nature. The space LIVING & DINING The ground-floor living room effortlessly combines elegance and comfort, opening onto a peaceful verandah that overlooks the lush, manicured lawn. The space is thoughtfully furnished with a cozy sofa, foosball table, portable music system, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and casual fun (please note: no TV). The adjoining dining area features a spacious 6-seater table, ideal for sharing meals, laughter, and long conversations with friends or family. BEDROOMS ● Bedroom 1: A spacious and tranquil room with a comfortable double bed, AC, Wi-Fi, and a private ensuite bathroom with hot water, offering a perfect retreat for restful sleep. ● Bedroom 2: Charming and inviting, this bedroom features a double bed, AC, Wi-Fi, and an ensuite bathroom. Large windows open toward the living area, bringing in natural light and a sense of openness. ● Bedroom 3: Nestled at the end of the passage, this cozy room features four floor mattresses, AC, Wi-Fi, a pool-facing view, and an ensuite bathroom—ideal for a relaxed, communal sleeping arrangement. BATHROOMS The villa includes three ensuite bathrooms connected to the bedrooms and two additional common toilets near the pool area. All bathrooms are equipped with geysers, soft towels, and essential toiletries for a comfortable stay. KITCHEN The kitchen allows guests to prepare light meals, equipped with a fridge, microwave, crockery, and cutlery. It’s perfect for casual cooking or enjoying a simple breakfast indoors. LAWN Spanning 10,000 sq. ft., the expansive lawn is a sanctuary of green, inviting barefoot morning strolls on dewy grass or peaceful evenings under the starlit sky. As night falls, soft ambient lighting transforms the space into a magical retreat, complemented by cozy seating areas for conversation, reading, or simply unwinding amidst nature. POOL The private 18-ft amoeba-shaped pool, with a depth of 4.25 ft, is nestled amidst lush greenery. Its tranquil waters provide the perfect setting for leisurely swims, relaxation, or simply soaking in the serene outdoors. PARKING The villa offers a generous parking area that can accommodate 10+ cars, making it ideal for large groups, family gatherings, or celebrations without any hassle. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except for the service kitchen, the staff rooms and the store. The guests can visit our plant nursery in the evenings and also have a walk till the Pawna River. Guests can also visit the temple we have built near the River. Other things to note ● Veg/Nonveg food can be served on preorder basis at an additional cost. ● BBQ arrangements can be made on prior requests. ● One bottle of packaged drinking water per person per night is complimentary. ● Extra packaged water and soft drinks are available at additional costs. ● Additional guests visiting and staying apart from what mentioned in booking are chargeable. ● Extra Bedding available. ● Being located in the outskirts power fluctuations or failures at night are possible. ● Wi-Fi may fail in windy or rainy conditions. ● Villa being surrounded with lot of trees and shrubs, insects, lizards, mosquitoes are expected to be there. ● Kindly close the doors and windows in the evening to avoid insects to enter the Villa. ● Each guest is requested to carry an ID (Only Aadhar, Driving License & Passport accepted). ● Damage caused to any part of the property or furniture will be payable. ● Being located in the outskirts availability of raw materials is less so kindly order your meals a day prior to avoid disappointment. ● Event decors, floating breakfast are available at an additional cost. ● Bonfire available at an additional cost of Rs500.
