You will be accommodated in a completely renovated apartment on the first floor of a house where everything has been designed to offer you a warm atmosphere, calm and comfort. In summer, you can relax by the pool. An excellent base to enjoy the riches of our region. The space Accommodation side: You will be staying in an independent 2-type apartment upstairs from our house, in a warm and quiet atmosphere. The cottage has been completely renovated, everything has been thought out to bring you the best comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave oven, Nespresso, toaster, kettle... The bathroom has a walk-in shower and washing machine. From the apartment you can enjoy the balcony to have your meals and admire the unobstructed view and enjoy beautiful sunshine. To facilitate your stay, all linens are provided, and to start a small kitchen kit (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee...) Our cottage is equipped to accommodate two adults only. Pool side: Guests can also enjoy the pool, bask on the terrace and relax on deckchairs while admiring the panoramic view in complete privacy. Garden side: A terrace reserved for our vacationers will be at your disposal, you can settle there in complete privacy for your dinners and lunches and enjoy the view and the sunset. Environment side: 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Aix-les-Bains and Geneva, it is a good base to enjoy the riches of our region. From the cottage you can walk or bike to discover our beautiful countryside and the charming villages of St Sylvestre, Chapeiry, Montagny-lès-Lanches, Chavanod... Guest access A parking space will be available to safely park your vehicle. Local shops, local markets are minutes away.
