The place is great for 1 person or a couple. It has all the amenities you'll need to visit a new place and feel right at home. It is as far as walking to the "Del Sur" bus station, the Poblado metro station. As it is residential, the neighbors are very nice and there are many fruit shops, cafes, barbershops, bakeries, pharmacies and there is also a shopping mall around the corner with delicious food, cinema and good shops. Penthouse: 4th floor. The space This rental apartment has enough space for 1-2 people with 35 square meters (377 square feet) of living space. BEDROOM There is a full-size bed with blankets, extra blankets, a furry blanket, a fan, and a large window for warmer days. There is a closet with some hangers. DESK AND DINING TABLE You could use the 4-seater dining table as a desk. BATHROOM There is a small, clean, and well-lit bathroom, a shower with hot water, toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. KITCHENETTE The kitchen is equipped with all the basics plus a French press coffee maker, cups, plates, cutlery, 2 pots, oil, salt, pepper, sugar and a beautiful balcony. There is a small refrigerator with a drinking water dispenser. From Friday afternoon to Monday morning there is no check-in or other services. San Pablo, the neighborhood, is a 30-minute walk to the heart of El Poblado, a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal and 15-20 minutes from the Poblado metro station. Near the apartment there is a beautiful park and a nice outlet mall with a cinema, food court, cafes and clothes. It's the only building around, so the view is amazing.
