Fully stocked kitchen, amenities, and upgrades make it easy to feel at home. Enjoy being "tucked away" but a quick 5 minute drive to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock! Experience the long range MOUNTAIN TOP views off of the wrap around deck, FIREPLACE, HOT TUB, FIRE PIT & GAME ROOM. The space The cabin consists of 3 spacious levels. The main floor has living, dining, kitchen, a full bathroom and two bed rooms. The upper level consists of the loft with the double trundle bed, a king size bed in the main room and an ensuite bathroom attached. The basement ( lower level) has a full game room, additional kitchen features, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a full bathroom. This layout will allow our guests to enjoy their vacation with the privacy and convenience of having a floor all to themselves. Gather together in the open living room, large dining room (seating for 12), and full game room below. Want a day to stay in? Our guests have access to strong wifi, smart tvs, dvds, and plenty of games to enjoy your time in the cabin. Outside there are two separate spaces. A large wrap around deck off of the main floor where dining and views can be enjoyed! The lower level walks out directly to the fenced in yard, hot tub, and fire pit. We are a pet friendly rental and your pets can now be included at time of reservation via Airbnb! Please click number of pets when you are booking your reservation prior to checking out. A ONE TIME $150 pet fee (plus tax) will be applied to your nightly rate at check out. Airbnb divides the total up amongst the amount of nights booking. (Please inquire with owner for approval prior to booking your reservation) Maximum 2 dogs allowed. Pet disclosure and fee must be paid prior to receiving you check in notes. Failure to disclose a pet on the premises will result in a fine $400 + original pet fee and grounds for removal from the residence. Guest access Private access to the whole house and fenced in yard during your stay. Other things to note *Pets. - Pets are allowed and now can be booked directly on Airbnb by selecting pets are attending! The fee will automatically be calculated in our nightly rate. Please send us a message tell us a little about your pets who will be traveling with you. Pet fee of $150 paid before reservation is confirmed. Max of 2 dogs on the property. Sorry but no cats or exotic animals are allowed during your stay. If evidence of an unapproved pet is located on the property there will be an $400 fine and it is grounds for immediate removal from the property. *Minimum age for primary renter is 25. *We have a 3-night minimum in the summer and on major holidays. *There is a 2 or 3-night minimum the rest of the year. *no smoking, no events. (see details below) *Cleaning Fee: $250 (includes trash service, extensive cleaning for every turn over + weekly hot tub cleaning & maintenance) *SPECIAL NOTE DURING NON PEAK SEASON STAYS* Lake Drawdowns: The lake drawdown schedule is typically Jan-March but a longer period may be required to complete ongoing projects. The lake will not be accessible by boat, paddle boards, kayaks, or any other water devices.
