Barefoot Breeze Villa is an inviting getaway to indulge the senses. The modern design residence features flowing indoor-to-outdoor living areas, splashes of color throughout, and a covered patio dining space. Fully air conditioned inside living room and all bedrooms. Relax and unwind, top up the tan or take a dip under the stars, all in perfect privacy and comfort. A full range of services can be booked: in-house cooking, massage, tours, rental cars and bikes and private boat trips. The space Surrounded by tropical palms and plantation, this is a quiet and secluded taste of paradise just 30 minutes drive from the airport. With four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, arranged around an open plan living and kitchen area, the villa is designed to make the most of the cooling tropical breeze. The stylish, high ceiling Living space opens up with full width doors that seamlessly blur the edge between inside and outside. Sunshine or rain, there is a place to sit and relax. Outside, right in front of the swimming pool is an outdoor comfortable sofa and chairs for the sunny days. There's even a bar with small fridge to stock up with cold drinks of your choice. Ceiling fans ensure that a cooling tropical Breeze flows to keep you cool. Inside the air conditioned living area there is a comfy sofa and chairs (with large screen Netflix enabled smart tv and sound system) for those evenings in. As well as... ... the fully equipped European style Kitchen with everything you need to create anything from a quick breakfast to a dinner party. We can also offer an in-house chef to come to your home and prepare a delicious Thai meal or BBQ for you. Breakfast can also be cooked for you in house by arrangement. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned with large windows opening out to the garden. All the bedrooms sliding glass doors are screened to let the air in but the bugs out. The master bedroom has an elegant hand crafted wooden 4 poster bed, luxury furnishings and bed linen and a private shower room. Sliding glass doors open up to an outdoor private balcony with a table and chairs looking out to the pool and garden. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable queen size bed and private shower room and double doors opening on to the outside dining area and pool. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 2 single beds each which can be arranged as singles or doubles as required. They both have private bathrooms. Both bedrooms also have double glass doors opening on to a balcony with table and chairs and looking out to a small garden area with lawn and tropical planting. There are 3 single sofa beds that can be made up into comfortable beds. 2 are in the living area and 1 is in one of the bedrooms. Everything in the villa has been designed to be easy to use, within 5 minutes you will know and love this villa. The villa is equipped with CCTV security for your security. Cameras are pointed at the exterior gate and walls only. The villa and pool areas are not covered by the cameras allowing you to enjoy the villa, pool and grounds in complete privacy. The Villa is fully enclosed within an exterior wall with a gate on the entrance. Private car parking inside the gate. We provide water, tea, coffee and coffee-mate in the villa just to get you started, a supermarket is just a few minutes drive away. We also offer some fresh seasonal fruit on arrival as a welcome gift. There are a few very good restaurants in walking distance, but to explore the area, we do recommend renting some personal transport. Most people rent motorbikes or a car, Just let us know what you need and we'll send you more information. Our booking service can also offer in-house catering, transport, restaurant recommendations and reservations, in house massage and all local tours and activities at a great price, just ask and we can provide all the information you need to create a really special holiday. A guest manual is inside the house with all the information you need. Barefoot Breeze Villa is the perfect base for a memorable holiday. Guest access Please feel free to use all the villa, pool and garden. Parking for this villa is inside the gates, please do not block access to the parking area outside the gates as this area is parking for the neighboring villa. There is one locked room for storage located just outside the back kitchen door. This room is for the cleaner and staff only. Other things to note A Cleaner will come every 3rd day (stays 4 nights and longer), they will clean throughout the villa and change towels and bed linen. We will let you know the day and time they will be coming. The cleaner does have keys to the villa so there is no need for you to stay in when they come. We do share this space with nature and there will always be some insects and bugs and gekkos around. We do provide a brush, so if you see any bugs , you can just sweep up and put them back outside. For discounted bookings of 2 weeks and longer, sheets and towels are cleaned once per week and no cleaner is included in the price. The guest will be responsible for keeping the villa in clean condition and will ensure that the villa is in full clean condition at the end of their booking. We can provide a cleaning service for 700thb per time. The pool maintenance man comes twice a week. We will let you know in advance the day and time they will be coming.
