Big Bear's Luxury Vaction Rental & Spa ●🛑🛑PRESS MESSAGE HOST FIRST🛑🛑● The space 🛑🛑PRESS MESSAGE HOST-->FIRST🛑🛑 WanderInn is our HOME that we are willing to SHARE with guests, it is NOT A HOTEL, Nor manage by a large management group, but is a source of love and positivity to our family! We hope that you feel the adoration, as we do. We strive to provide a generous array of luxury. We are also excited to share with you all the wonderful places to visit, explore and experience while in our neck of the woods (please see location details). Sugarloaf is a quiet residential community, away from the high tourist neighborhoods in Big Bear (approximately 10-15min, expect delays during winter months). We try to offer services and amenities specially tailored to the needs of individual guests, such as comfort and extreme cleanliness. We strive to provide amazing stay at WanderInn! *25+ years or older (Government ID verified by Airbnb and must be submitted to WanderInn Host via Airbnb App or by Management API upload with Rental Agreement).Your reservation will be cancelled if you are under 25yrs old or have negative reviews from other host. Read ALL policies to ensure WanderInn is right for you and your guest. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS: We cater to adults and children who suffer from the dangers and illnesses of pets. Please RESPECT and protect our guest who need a safe environment. NO EXCEPTIONS. There are so many fur baby Airbnb's in BIG BEAR, I can help recommend if needed. ☆There are several cameras outdoors (1 backyard, 2 side yard areas, and 1 front door). We are a family cabin and rely on our cameras and alarm only for the security and protection while we are not in Big Bear; for the protection of our guest as most people do at their private residence, for we are NOT A HOTEL. THERE ARE Absolutely NO cameras indoors. Amenity limitations: Please also bring your own soaps or amenities need for those with allergies. WE DON’T PROVIDE ALLERGIC PRODUCTS. For guest who accidentally requested to book their reservation before contacting host first and are awaiting approval. We ask that you respond within 2hrs. limit or your request will TIME-OUT. Unfortunately, we can NOT guarantee fees for requested reservation will NOT remain the same (prices and fees are subject to change at anytime). We ask that guest ensure that their Airbnb App notifications are on or guest check back to complete required reservation information. We ask that guest provide excellent communication at all times prior to booking and after check-out, if necessary for left behind belongings or incidents. We appreciate your understanding. Except- Small master bedroom closet (behind TV), Outdoor Shed, Outdoor small brown bin- locked, upstairs closets, fireplace (do not enter, it is set with electric candles, press remote on button several times to light all candles and off several times to turn off when done), closet in kitchen (inside is the furnace DO NOT OPEN OR BRAKE LOCK), and a few outlets with emergency lights. All areas that are locked or say Do Not Enter are not included or to be used by guest. Your reservation will be cancelled if you are under 25yrs old or have NEGATIVE REVIEWS from other host. 1️⃣ FULL Legal Names and ages of ALL registered guest. A government picture ID from the primary guest booking this reservation (this must match Airbnb Account to submit to STR Insurance Company-all names and ages must be submitted). You can only submit your ID via Airbnb App once I approve your reservation; however please be prepared to send once I've approved your reservation. ●NOTE ~My cabin only allows 4 people MAXIMUM (this includes Children and Infants of all ages). ABSOLUTELY NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS or THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS. 2️⃣ NO PETS or Service Animals will accompany your stay. We cater to adults and children who suffer from illness and dangers related to allergies. Please respect those who need a safe environment. 3️⃣ Absolutely NO SMOKING & PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE 4️⃣  MAX 3 Vehicles. Name and Make of vehicle's are required and submitted insurance company. Note: During snow season, conditions may reduce parking to 2 vehicles. 5️⃣ 💲Credit Card Hold (Security Deposit) authorization will be sent to you via link after reservation approval, along with an easy Rental Agreement that just needs your e-signature. This is a temporary hold of ($450-$1000) not included or associated with amount paid on Airbnb. The primary guest (matching the name on your Airbnb Account), credit card hold will be lifted 1-14 days after check-out inspection or sooner if no incidents, accidents, or violations occur. You must submit credit card information for hold when link is sent for request. 📌NOTE: WanderInn Management will submit Credit Card Authorization Hold via API Management Link for credit card hold and Rental Agreement, similar to any hotel process. We highly recommend Travel Insurance which is available via Airbnb. 6️⃣ Please ensure you've read & understood all policies/house rules and the LOCATION, Sugarloaf is a quiet residential community, away from the high tourist area in Big Bear (approximately 10min dependent upon weather conditions and number of visitors, expect delays). Big Bear residents have recently passed MORE governmental restrictions and regulations, financial levies, increased several separately different fees, insurances, taxes, and hired additional law enforcement due to visitors obstreperous behaviors on their private community; Therefore, unremunerative (no profit), most hosts shut thier doors, but the hearts of some of us who are still willing to trust opening our homes and who love providing unique unforgettable memories in one if the most historic mountains in Southern California! We just hope you & your guest are aware, we are being forced to stay in compliance of the "Good Neighbors Policies" Ordnance #2022-69 (see for details, fines, laws, and insurance policies newly related requirements obtained from guest such as, but not limited to ID, Rental Agreement, and deposits.
