Blackwood "Treetops"
Description
An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with a modern kitchen, wood fire, outside deck and large garden, set close by the Wombat State Forest. Suitable for children over five. Pet friendly. Blackwood 'Treetops' is also work friendly as the house has a large desk with landline and internet access. Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. The space An almost entirely open plan house with a vast master bedroom upstairs and a bunk room downstairs, the house sleeps up to six, with an internal room (with a door!) just off the living room. The modern kitchen flows into the dining area, which seats 6, and then opens onto the comfortable living area, with wood fire and a plasma TV. The front deck also seats 6 and is nestled in the secrecy of the large established garden ringing the house. The upper deck has a cosy table for two overlooking views of the forest and surrounding hills. The two main bedrooms feature luxurious queen size beds with doonas and wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds and a desk, making it ideal for couples with children. There is a laundry and the bathroom is light and large, with bath and shower. Towels and sheets are provided. Guest access Access is to the whole house and its amenities. There is a garden shed where we keep tools that can be accessed, and a small hut where we store spare items, that we keep closed and locked. Other things to note Please read the instructions in the house book about the wood heater, the enviro-cycle waste plant, and about emergency procedures.
