My apartment sits neatly under the Mountain in the City Bowl. It's a skip over the road from the restaurants, bars, supermarkets and boutiques of Gardens Shopping Centre. Enjoy easy public transport, access to parks, beaches and city hot spots. There are many natural landmarks close by to explore and the happening city vibe is just a few minutes away too. The space is a one bedroom, one bathroom, open plan kitchen and living room, on the 2nd floor of a small block of flats, just over the road from Gardens Shopping Centre. The space has lots of good natural light, big windows and majestic views of the mountain - open your blinds in the morning and lie back in bed to feel the full power of Table Mountain watching over you. :) The bedroom has a queen-size bed and built-in cupboards, the bathroom has a large, deep bath with a shower overhead and the kitchen is fully equipped. A cleaning lady will come every 2nd week from the second week of you moving in. The block is secure with intercom access, electric fencing and secure parking for one car behind the gate. There is wireless internet throughout the apartment and a flat-screen Smart TV. Please note this is a non-smoking apartment, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. It's a 5-minute drive, bike ride or nice long walk to Long Street, Bree Street and Kloof Street. De Waal Park is just around the corner and previously mentioned, Gardens Shopping Centre. There's a bus stop 100m away under the bridge and you can easily use Uber. There are some great restaurants and coffee shops nearby, Chef Pons for Asian, Vintage India for Indian and Maria's for Greek, all in Gardens.
