2 rooms in a homestay (breakfast included)

I live in the house at the eastern entrance of Pont-Audemer The price shown includes: the 2 bedrooms upstairs + breakfasts (free) for 1 to 6 people: - 1st bedroom: 1 queen size bed + 2 single beds. - 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed. NO BATHROOM UPSTAIRS. There is only ONE BATHROOM and ONE TOILET in the house. They are on the GROUND FLOOR. The kitchen is available. Possibility to park vehicles in the driveway. Wi-Fi code. No pets. The space Beds are made. Towels and washcloths are provided. Only one toilet and one bathroom on the ground floor (NO SANITARY FACILITIES UPSTAIRS). The kitchen is available for guests. I'll make some room in the fridge. Possibility to park vehicles in the driveway. WiFi code available. Check-in: after 5:00 PM. Check-out: before 10 a.m. Breakfasts (free): coffee, tea, milk, chocolate. Croissants, bread, butter, jams, fruit juice. I prepare breakfast for the time that works for you. Guest access 3 min drive to downtown or 25 min walk. (small tourist town). Markets on Monday and Friday mornings. Next to the house: supermarkets (Aldi, Carrefour), bakery, butcher, pharmacy... Honfleur is 30 minutes away. Rouen, Le Havre 40 minutes away. Deauville and Cabourg are 50 minutes away. Caen and landing beaches 1 hour or 1 hour 1/2 away. Paris 2 hours 15 minutes. Other things to note I live in the house.
