2 rooms in a homestay (breakfast included)

I live in the house at the eastern entrance to Pont-Audemer. The price shown includes: the 2 bedrooms UPSTAIRS + breakfasts (free) for 1 to 6 people. - 1st bedroom: 1 king-size bed + 2 twin beds. - 2nd bedroom: 1 queen-size bed. NO RESTROOMS UPSTAIRS. YOU HAVE TO GO DOWN AT NIGHT; the staircase is quite steep!!! There is only 1 BATHROOM on the GROUND FLOOR and only 1 TOILET on the GROUND FLOOR. Kitchen is available. Ability to park vehicles in driveway. Wifi. No pets. The space Beds are made. towels and washcloths are provided. NO RESTROOMS UPSTAIRS. IF YOU NEED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM SEVERAL TIMES DURING THE NIGHT, YOU WILL HAVE TO GO DOWN TO THE GROUND FLOOR. THE STAIRCASE IS QUITE STEEP!!! BE CAREFUL! Only 1 toilet + only 1 bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is available to guests. I make some room in the fridge. Ability to park vehicles in driveway. WIFI code available. Check-in: after 5pm Check-out: before 10am Breakfast (free): coffee, tea, milk, chocolate. Croissants, bread, butter, jams, juice. I prepare breakfast for a time that works for you. Guest access 3 minutes by car from the town center or 30 minutes on foot. (Small tourist town). Markets on Monday and Friday mornings. Next to the house: supermarkets (Aldi, Carrefour), bakery, butcher shop, pharmacy, etc. Honfleur 30 minutes away. Rouen and Le Havre are 40 minutes away. Deauville and Cabourg are 50 minutes away. Caen and the D-Day landing beaches are 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes away. Paris is 2 hours 15 minutes away. Other things to note I live in the house.
