Just down the road from Wimbledon Park, with great transport links. Our 2-bedroom home has all you’ll need for a comfortable stay! The space Welcome to our home! Simple and cosy, our home features 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. All beds are fitted with hotel quality linens for your comfort, and the bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bath. We also provide fresh towels and free toiletries for your convenience! The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set a coffee table and a flat-screen TV. Next to it, a bar sits facing the kitchen, fully-equipped with a stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker and more. Feel free to use any or all of the amenities provided, including the free wifi. We hope you have a fantastic stay! =) Guest access You'll have access to the entire property! Other things to note Please note we do charge a £30 late check-in fee between 10 PM and 12 AM and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe 😊 There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum. Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). - Parking is only allowed for 1 car and park in bay 24. - The parking permit must be displayed in the car window AND left in the kitchen when checking out - We must be notified if tenants want to use the parking spot by sending me the car registration, make a model and duration (dates) of when they will be parked in bay 24. - Failure to do so will resort in an automatic £100 per day penalty issued via a PCN to the car owner. - Nothing can be left on the patio of the property, or the estate manager will dispose of this, including clothes etc.
